Where I eat in Krakow: Ewa Wachowicz
Ewa Wachowicz invites you for breakfast to Zalipianki for homemade bread and cold cuts. What other food establishments does she visit?
For breakfast: my place
My Zalipianki restaurant where we bake our own bread and make all the cold cuts ourselves. Our omelettes are made with free-range eggs - simply delicious!
For coffee: Loch Camelot
A charming alley leading through św. Tomasza Street and the equally charming Loch Camelot cafe with lovely coffee.
For Sunday lunch: Nota Resto
Nota Resto at Krzyża Street with its excellent seasonal menu.
For a quick snack: zapiekanka
Zapiekanka on Plac Nowy - the best option for any time of the day or night.
For an evening get-together with friends: Nova Resto Bar
Nova Resto Bar on Estery Street - yummy food, great atmosphere, it is my favourite spot for hanging out with friends.
For a date: views of Krakow
A walk to Krakus Mound with a spectacular view over the entire city.
A place in Krakow where I relax: Wolski Forest
Wolski Forest is perfect for a long walk or running. I always feel wonderful surrounded by its lush greenery.
A dish that I strongly associate with Krakow: maczanka.
Maczanka krakowska - years ago a favourite snack of Krakow coachmen - today the best our region has to offer captured in a single dish. It is traditionally served in a Kaiser roll, but I serve it on crispy flatbread.
